Shipping & Processing
Orders placed on Friday are processed the following Monday and usually ship 2–3 days after that. All items are in stock and ready to go!
US Shipping: Most orders arrive within about 1 week.
International Shipping: We’re working on including tariffs in the shipping price so you won’t be surprised by extra duties. This will be available starting with our December 14th drop, so you can wait until then if you like.
Entered the Wrong Address?
No worries! Please email us ASAP at help@globalapparel.store. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to change it, so it’s best to act quickly. Global Apparel isn’t responsible for packages that can’t be delivered due to incorrect addresses.
We suggest contacting your local post office—they can hold your package or forward it to the correct address. Always double-check your info at checkout to avoid delays!
Tracking Issues:
If your tracking says your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to your postal service. Once your package leaves our hands, we can’t issue a refund for lost items.
