Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! No refunds or returns are allowed unless the product is faulty or damaged prior to receipt.

If there’s an issue with your order beyond your control upon receiving the item, please email us at help@globalapparel.store. We’ll be happy to answer any questions about your piece and determine if it is eligible for a return. Please allow 1–3 business days for a response.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be faulty or damaged.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.


Important Notes

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Additional Conditions

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

  • Swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken or is missing.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewelry pieces, including shoe charms, or underwear sets/pieces.
